Fill in the detials for ①~③, and click on ‘Request OTP’.
You will receive a 6-digit verification code through your phone. Please enter the code, then click ‘Sign Up’

02 : How can a registered user request an E-Invoice? (Personal & Company)
Login to E-Invoice Customer Portal by filling in ①~② and click ③
Note: For the first time request, you must update your ‘Profile’ and ‘E-Invoice Info’ before requesting for E-Invoice.
Click ‘Profile’ to update your profile information
Fill in the information and click ‘Save Profile’
Next, click ‘E-Invoice Info’ to update your Information. Choose whether you are updating information for a personal or company account, then fill in all the mandatory fields, and click ‘Save’.
Note: Please complete all the mandatory/required fields (*).
Then, you need to fill in either your vehicle(s) or payment card(s) details to continue requesting for E-Invoice. Please refer 5.How to add your Vehicles details or 6.How to add your Payment Card details.

Once you add your vehicle or payment card details, all your past parking transactions will be shown on the ‘Parking Records’ page.
Click any of the parking transactions that you want to request for an E-Invoice
Click Request E-invoice
Choose between ‘Personal’ or ‘Company’ submission and click ‘Yes, proceed’
Upon successful validation, an email containing the E-Invoice will be sent to you. You can also download it from your parking records.

03 : How can I request an E-Invoice for a one-time request? (Personal & Company)
Click on ‘One Time Request’
You can request E-Invoicing via the below payment method. After entering the details, click ‘Next’ to continue.
LPR: Car Plate Number
TnG: TNG Serial Number
Credit/Debit Card: Payment Card Number
Ticket: Ticket or Receipt Number (if applicable)
Review the parking record details (e.g., location, vehicle number, entry and exit times, and amount).
Check the box for the record you wish to apply for an E-Invoice.
If there are multiple records, you can click ‘Select All’ to choose all available records.
Once selected, click ‘Submit Selected Invoices’ to proceed.
Select Account Type (Personal/ Company)
Fill in your details and click ‘Submit’
NOTE: Please complete all the mandatory/required fields (*).
Your E-Invoice request has been successfully submitted, and a pop-up page will appear below. It will be ready once it has been validated by LHDN.
04 : How to change your password? (Personal & Company)
Login to the E-Invoice Customer Portal by filling in ①~② and click ③.
Once logged in, click on the ‘Profile’ option located on the left-hand side menu.
Navigate to the ‘Update Password’ section, and fill in the required fields.
Click ‘Save Password’ to update your new password.
05 : How to add your Vehicle Details? (Personal & Company)
Login to the E-Invoice Customer Portal by filling in ①~② and clicking ③.
Once logged in, click on the ‘Vehicles’ option located on the left-hand side menu.
Next, click ‘Add to vehicles’ and fill in the required details:
i) Plate No: Enter your vehicle's license plate number.
ii) Type: Select the appropriate vehicle type from the dropdown menu.
Click the ‘Save’ button to confirm the addition of your vehicle.
06 : How to add your Payment Card details? (Personal & Company)
Login to the E-Invoice Customer Portal.
Once logged in, click on the ‘Payment Cards’ option located on the left-hand side menu.
Click ‘Add to Payment Cards’ to begin. After that, choose the card type you want to add.

Fill in your card number detail
Click ‘Save’ to update your Payment Cards information.
Note: You can add more than one payment card by clicking ‘Add to payment cards’.
07 : How to add or edit your E-Invoice Info detail? (PersonalCompany)
Login to the E-Invoice Customer Portal.
Once logged in, click on the ‘E-Invoice Info’ option located on the left-hand side menu.
Choose between ‘Personal’ or ‘Company’ based on your account type.
Fill in all the required information:
Personal: Name, ID type, ID number, contact number, email address, postal address.
Company: Company name, company registration number, contact person's details, company address.
Click ‘Save Personal Information’ to update your E-Invoice info.
Note: Please complete all the mandatory/required fields (*).
08 : How to check your parking record? (Personal & Company)
Login to Times Parking E-Invoice Portal by filling in ①~② and click ③.
Click the ‘Parking Records’ option located on the left-hand side menu.
You can also click the ‘Search’ button to find your parking record.
09 : How to reject my E-Invoice? (Personal & Company)
Login to the E-Invoice Customer Portal.
Select the parking record you wish to reject.
Click the ‘Reject’ button.
Enter your reason(s) for rejecting the E-Invoice and confirm by clicking ‘Yes, Reject it’.
10 : How to reset password? (Personal & Company)
To regain access, you can initiate a password reset process.
In the E-Invoice Customer Portal log in page, click ‘Forgot Password’.
Enter your registered phone number and click ‘Request OTP’.
Note: Your mobile number must start with country code (e.g.., 60 for Malaysia, 6012345678)
You will receive a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code and click 'Request Password Reset'.
To enter a new password, type it in the ‘Password’ field, retype it in the ‘Confirm Password’ field, and then click ‘Submit’.
You have successfully reset your password.
11 : How to request E-Invoice for ticketing? (Personal & Company)
Login to the E-Invoice Customer Portal.
Once logged in, click on the ‘One Time Request’ option located on the left-hand side menu
In the ‘One Time Request’ page, enter your ticket number and click search
Note: You can also search your parking record by using your payment card number and your vehicle plate number.
When your parking record appears, click the checkbox and then click submit
Next, choose between ‘Personal’ or ‘Company’ accounts and click ‘Yes, proceed’.
12 : Other
Do I need to register for the E-invoice Customer Portal?
Registration is optional:
If you register: Your e-Invoices will be stored for easy reference and retrieval at any time.
If you do not register: You can still perform a one-time login to view your e-Invoice for a specific parking date.
How will I receive the e-invoice?
Registered user, you will receive an email and able to download your e-invoice in the E-invoice Customer Portal
One-time Request, you will receive your e-invoice through your email address in PDF format
What happens if I don’t retrieve my e-Invoice?
You must submit any requests, corrections, or amendments by the 2nd day of the following month. Submissions or changes will not be accepted after this deadline.
What should I do if my e-Invoice is invalid?
If your e-Invoice is invalid, follow these steps:
Log into the Web Portal.
Correct the errors and resubmit before the 2nd day of the following month.
