To apply for a New Parking Subscription, click on the dropdown menu under ‘Subscription’ and select ‘Subscription List’
On the ‘Subscription List’ page, click on ‘New Subscription’
Select ‘State①’, ‘Car Park②’, ‘Category③’ and click on ‘Continue④’
After clicking on ‘Continue④’, please select ‘Parking Product⑤’ and the ‘Starting Date⑥’

*Important Notice
Starting dates are limited to the 1st or 16th day of the month. For example, in March, your options would be either 1st March or 16th March.

Remark: If you wish to subscribe to a product that is not available in the list, please contact the carpark office for assistance

*For Corporate account please refer from h)
After clicking on ‘Starting Date⑥’, the total payment will be calculated automatically once you confirm the payment amount, please proceed by clicking on ‘I hereby agree on the new subscription⑦’ and ‘Submit⑧’
After completed the submission, your application status will be shown below
For a Corporate account, you can modify the ‘Qty’ and apply multiple parking products in a single step by clicking on ‘Add more’
Once you click on ‘Add more’, you may add more parking products in one subscription
★Other

For an Individual account, you are not allowed to subscribe more than ‘1 unit in each parking product’. Alert will be shown below

For Corporate account, you are allowed to subscribe more than ‘1 unit in each parking product’ in the same car park as shown below

I-05 : How to view Parking Subscription Status? (Individual & Corporate)

To view New Parking Subscription Status, click on the dropdown menu under ‘Subscription’ and select ‘Subscription List’
Individual Account Parking Subscription Status will show as below
Corporate Account_ Parking Subscription Status will show as below if apply more than ‘1 parking product unit’ in same car park

After completing the subscription, it will appear under pending subscription. It may take up to 3 business days for approval.
Once approved, you will receive an automated email notification confirming approval and requesting payment. Please proceed to make the payment online.

(i) For new subscriptions on or before Commencement Date and approved before Commencement Date, full payment must be made on or or before the day preceding to the Commencement Date.

E.g. Commencement Date is on 1 Feb.
Applied new subscription on 2 Jan and approved on 3 Jan, full payment must be made on or before 31 Jan

(ii) For new subscription made 3 days before the Commencement Date and approved after the Commencement Date, full payment must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of approval.

E.g. Commencement Date is on 1 Jan.
Applied new subscription on 30 Dec and approved on 2 Jan, full payment must be made on or before 5 Jan.

(iii) For new subscription after the Commencement Date and approved later than Commencement Date, full payment must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of approval.

E.g. Commencement Date is on 1 Jan.
Applied new subscription on 13 Jan and approved on 13 Jan, full payment must be made on or before 16 Jan.
Once payment is received, the passcard will be couriered to your delivery address within 7 business days before the commencement date.

I-06 : How to change car park product ? (Individual & Corporate) New

To change Car Park Product, click on the dropdown menu under ‘Subscription’ and select ‘Subscription List’
Please click on the 'Manage' button.

Remark: For Corporate account, please refer from g – i.
For Individual accounts seeking to make a product change, after you clicked on the ‘Manage’ button, the system will direct you to the Manage Subscription page below. On this page, you can click on the ‘Change Product’ button.
The next steps are:
1. Select and tick the small box of the product row to be exchanged.
2. Choose the date you want the product change to start.
3. Select your desired product.
4. Click the ‘I Acknowledge’ button.
5. Click the ‘Process’ button for summary confirmation.
After clicking ‘Process’, the system will display a summary for final confirmation. After checking and ensuring everything is correct, click ‘Confirm’ to submit the change product request.
Once the request is submitted, the status will be updated accordingly. After submission, any information associated with the unit cannot be edited, and the system will display 'Change Product'.
For Corporate accounts seeking to make a product change, after you clicked on the ‘Manage’ button, the system will direct you to the Manage Subscription page.
The next steps are:
1. Click the ‘Change Product’ button.
2. Customers must identify the PASSCARD/LPR/T&G number required for the product change request. Once identified, kindly tick the small box on the left-hand side.
3. Choose the date you want the product change to start.
4. Select your desired product. (If the product is not visible means the product is not available)
5. Click the ‘I Acknowledge’ button.
6. Click the ‘Process’ button for summary confirmation.
After clicking ‘Process’, the system will display a summary for final confirmation. After checking and ensuring everything is correct, click ‘Confirm’ to submit the change product request

I-07 : How to apply for termination ? (Individual and Corporate) New

To apply for termination, click on the dropdown menu under ‘Subscription’ and select ‘Subscription List②’

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: ‘①’ will only show if the subscription approved
Please click on the 'Manage' button.

Remark: For Corporate account, please refer from g – j.
For Individual accounts seeking to apply for termination, after you clicked on the ‘Manage’ button, the system will direct you to the Manage Subscription page below. On this page, you can click on the ‘Terminate Product’ button.
The next steps are:
1. Select and tick the small box of the row for the Car Plate No/T&G to terminate.
2. Choose the last parking date for termination.
3. Click the ‘I Acknowledge’ button.
4. Click the ‘Process’ button for summary confirmation.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- For the Last Parking Date, if you choose a date within less than a one-month period, the system will prompt a message indicating that the deposit will be forfeited.
- Please ensure that the bank details are already updated to avoid delays in processing the refund.
After clicking the ‘Process’ button, the system will display a confirmation summary showing the details of the termination. On this page, the system will once again indicate whether the deposit is refundable or forfeited. If you agree, kindly click the ‘Confirm’ button.
After clicking on ‘Confirm’, ‘Subscription Terminated①’ and ‘Last Parking Date②’ will be shown.
For Corporate accounts seeking to apply for termination, after you clicked on the ‘Manage’ button, the system will direct you to the Manage Subscription page.
The next steps are:
1. Select and tick the small box of the row for the LPR/Passcard to terminate. (You may choose more than one option)
2. Choose the last parking date for termination.
3. Click the ‘I Acknowledge’ button.
4. Click the ‘Process’ button for summary confirmation.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- For the Last Parking Date, if you choose a date within less than a one-month period, the system will prompt a message indicating that the deposit will be forfeited.

Please click on the dropdown menu under ‘Subscription’ and select ‘Subscription List’
Please click on the 'Manage' button.
Remark: For car parks using LPR or T&G, you can update your car plate number only after making a payment.
Once you click the ‘Manage’ button, system will bring you to below page. Here, you can update the LPR and T&G numbers in the respective columns. You can edit or delete these details. Please note that the system will only display editing options based on the carpark system.

For carpark utilizing the LPR system:
For carpark utilizing the T&G system:
In the next step, click on the blue text '(empty)' to input the parker's name. The system will then prompt a column for you to enter the parker's name.
In the following step, you can update the LPR number and T&G serial number.
1. For LPR, you can update only one car plate number. For any additional car plate numbers, please kindly email to us at service@times24.com.my, and we will assist in adding them to the system. To edit the car plate number, click on the blue text '(empty)' and the system will then prompt a column for you to make the necessary changes. You can also delete by clicking on the bin icon.

Remark:
- Please note that only one car can enter as a season parker at a time, while the second car can enter as a casual parker.
- The system typically takes up to 24 hours to update after you input the car plate number.

2. For T&G, you are required to update the 10-digit serial number behind the card. If you wish to change the T&G serial number, click on the serial number and update the new card number.
Remark: Please note that after updating the T&G serial number, the system will require 24 hours before you can use the T&G card as a season parker.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: Kindly utilize standard Touch 'n Go (TnG) only, and be aware that certain TnG cards cannot be registered. Examples include IC, TnG Zing Card, TnG Fleet Card, TnG Charm, and TnG Visa Card.

Refund Process
The refund process will take approximately 1 month from the last parking date (T&C applied)
Billing
Your proforma invoice will be made available for download on the 1st day of every calendar month for the following month’s Parking Fee (e.g. On 1st January, the proforma invoice for February Parking Fee will be available for download)
Payment Due Date
Payment for the next month’s Parking Fee is due on the last day of the current calendar month.
Please take note that there will be no seven (7) calendar days’ payment extension. (e.g. after the invoice for Feb has been generated, payment for Feb invoice must be completed by the latest on 31st Jan).
Payment Method
All payments must be made through the provided payment platform on the portal. Please note that other payment methods, including but not limited to cash, cheque, or GIRO will no longer be accepted.
Card Deactivation
Your pass card(s) will be deactivated on the 1st day of every month if no payment is received from the last calendar day of the previous month. E.g. For Feb invoice, the due date will be on 31st Jan. If no payment is made by the 1st Feb, the passcard will be deactivated.
Late Payment Fee
Late Payment Fee will be imposed on the 1st of every calendar month (if payment is received on the 1st or later of each Calendar month).
Auto Termination
Your season pass subscription will be auto terminated on the 27th day of every month if no payment is received for the outstanding billing, including the Late Payment Fee before the 26th day of the month. The security deposit will be forfeited.

If your season pass has been terminated, you are required to re-apply the monthly pass in our Times Monthly portal and make all necessary payments to continue enjoying our carpark facilities. Alternatively, you may use other payment methods such as pulling a ticket or utilizing a cashless system like the Touch 'N Go card or credit/debit cards at the entry point.

Termination
Termination must be done during or after the commencement date.

Example: If you wish to terminate your season pass in Nov, you must initiate the termination process before 31st Oct. If the termination is completed before 14th Oct, your last parking date will be on 15th Nov. Alternatively, if the termination is done before 31st Oct, your last parking date will be on 30th Nov.

Credit Note
Customers can utilize any available credit notes to offset the full amount or a partial amount of the monthly fee. This can be done on the payment page after selecting the invoice and clicking ‘Pay Now’.
Pass Card Return
The pass card must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar daysafter the effective termination date of this Agreement. Failure to do so will result in the non-refundable of the Security Deposit. This requirement applies only to customers who have received a pass card from TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN.BHD (formerly known as SECURE PARKING CORPORATION SDN. BHD.).

Autovoid (*Only apply for New Parking Subscription)
New Parking Subscription and Approval

(i) If both the new parking subscription is applied for and the application is approved on or before the Commencement Date, full payment must be completed on or before the day preceding the Commencement Date. Failure to do so will result in the automatic voiding of the application on the Commencement Date.

(ii) If the new parking subscription is applied on or before the Commencement Date, and the application is approved later than the Commencement Date, full payment must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of approval of the application. Failure to do so will result in the automatic voiding of the application upon the expiration of the 3 calendar days.

(iii) If both the new parking subscription is applied and the application is approved later than the Commencement Date, full payment must be completed within 3 calendar days from the date of approval of the application. Failure to do so will result in the automatic voiding of the application upon the expiration of the 3 calendar days.
