How does the Times Monthly Portal handle E-Invoices?
All transactions for season parkers are immediately submitted to LHDN upon payment. This ensures compliance with real-time reporting requirements.
What happens if my E-Invoice is invalid?
Invalid invoices can be corrected and resubmitted until the 2nd day of the following month.
1. Log into the ‘Times Monthly Portal’.
2. Go to ‘Payment History’ to view the status and invalid reason.
3. Submit a rejection request on or before the 2nd day of the following month.
4. Once the rejection request is approved, you will be notified via email or can check the status in the Payment History section.
5. A Credit Note (CN) and a revised E-Invoice will be issued accordingly.
Can I amend my E-Invoice after submission to LHDN?
Amendments are only allowed until the 2nd day of the following month for rejected invoices. For invalid invoices, amendments must be completed by the last day of the current month.
